If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got
Since the foundation of the Irish State, political parties have dominated the options we have when we vote in elections. Regardless of political affiliations and ideologies, I believe it is vital that elected councillors are willing and able to work across party lines and ideologies, to negotiate and compromise to make decisions based on the interest of the community rather than the party they represent.
I am willing and able to work with all parties and independents who have the community they represent at their heart while making decisions and posing motions and questions. I believe that those elected must represent ALL of the people in their constituency and not just those who voted for them.
I have never been a member of a party I am an honest independent with only the community at heart. A vote for Hayes is a vote for Integrity and Action. A vote for Hayes is a vote for Collaboration and Community Matters.
